The role of the Central Support Department (CSD) is to facilitate the the smooth running of each chain of processes currently operational in LCF including any associated functions. This involves a spectrum of support from strategic planning and managing change to management of activities and resources.
The team comprises members of LCF with relevant qualifications and a skill mix of leadership and management experience. Together, they operate as a complete system in serving the leadership, operations and planning levels of LCF in decision-making and effective functionality.
The functions of the CSD are channeled through 3 main vehicles:
- Human Resource Development and Management,
- Administration and
- PR and Communications.
