This department is under the Central support system within the church organisation.

Its main function is to identify all the church’s marketing and communication needs with the various internal and external stakeholders in the community, make strategic decisions and then finally implementing those key decisions to ensure a smooth and co-ordinated flow of operations on a day to day basis.

The department overseas some of the following operations:

Video and Sound recordings
Designing leaflets and flyers
Running Publicity campaigns
Developing and managing the church website
Managing key information exchange between the church and all its stakeholders

Involvement:

Getting involved primarily requires PR, marketing and communication skills with plenty of opportunities for training.
