The singles ministry was birthed out of a need to develop effective Christ centered relationships among young people in the body of Christ. The ministry’s vision is based on Psalm 127:1 “Unless the Lord builds the house, they labour in vain who build it; unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.”

Our vision is to be a fellowship that reaches out and impacts thousands of young people of all nationalities and cultures from adolescence to maturity by sharing biblical principles and values that promote sexual purity and  a Godly lifestyle  with an aim of building  strong, loving, and effective relationships in the future.

The ministry convenes quarterly meetings and events where young people engage in discussion forums, retreats and workshops aimed at dealing with pertinent issues affecting their spirituality and growth.

Aims:
The ministry aims to train, counsel and equip young people in the word of God. We believe this will build a strong foundation for future relationships and a church that will glorify God.

Getting involved is easy and simply requires the following;
Being teachable and having a desire to improve and /or grow ones relationship by sharing with and learning from others.

Make time to attend quarterly meetings including discussion forums, retreats workshops and events that encourage couples to establish strong relationships with each other.

Premarital guidelines
We highly recommend that each intending couple provides ample time for their relationship to grow for up to a year. Please also bear in mind that there is a six months mandatory counselling period.

Courting couples will have 3 two  hour sessions with an appointed Pastor and numerous sessions with other appointed ministers in the church.

Liberty Christian Fellowship believes in building godly strong marriages because families are  the bedrock for the work of God and indeed society.
